Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Place chicken between two sheets of parchment or plastic wrap and pound to even 1/2-inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper.
